A Note From Witt
SW/W is dedicated to providing more than just beauty treatments; she is committed to nurturing a deep connection between your inner well-being and your outer radiance. Her philosophy is firmly rooted in holistic approaches and evidence-based therapies that go beyond skin-deep transformations. Her ethos is to “bring balance back” within the skin so that functionality creates homeostasis, whereas dysfunctional skin can lead to inflammatory conditions such as pigmentation, acne, rosacea, and so forth. Her approach is not only to enhance your skin but also to empower you with a deeper understanding of how your skin operates.
Not only is educating her clientele a priority, but she believes heavily in continuing education for herself so she can level up her offerings and knowledge to provide better and more expansive results. Besides becoming a licensed esthetician, she has been certified in multiple courses, such as manual facial lymphatic drainage, microcurrent, Ecology in Motion Facial Gua sha, and treating skin of color to name a few.

Beyond being a licensed esthetician…
Where are you from? Moved around a bunch as a kid in the Midwest, so to keep things short and sweet, I tell people Minneapolis, MN. It’s the longest I stayed anywhere leading up to Sacramento,CA.
What did you do before aesthetics? Music is right up there with being a facialist. I did the band thing for several years. Sang my little heart out over a very loud experimental punk band. Other hats that I have worn include: ceramics, florals, and had a jewelry business.
Favorite Food? My boyfriend’s shepherds pie
Favorite Drink? Sipping chocolate
Movie? Moonstruck. Nick Cage and Cher are quirky and delightful! Tend to watch it with a big bowl of pasta.
What’s your definition of comfort? Something baking in the oven on a crisp day followed up with warm sipping cacao and a bath.
What have you been listening to lately? Mostly everything I listen to is curated for the treatment room. Lots of classic Japanese jazz mixed in with some Dorthy Ashby and Alice Coletrane. The synth and harp has been a vibe these days.
Your happy place? A secret hot spring location near the eastern sierras. Nothing better than star gazing, a fire, and a warm mineral pool.
